Once you have completed your booking in our secure environment, you will be provided with a confirmation form. Please print this as it will act as your receipt and/or reference number.

Please be advised: When departure date is within 14 days from date of booking, all tickets must be picked up at your departure city airport 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure time. Our agents will provide you with the specifics.

One of our professional agents will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss ticket delivery options:

1. Pick up your tickets at the Airport.
   Mandatory when departure date is within 14 days from booking date, minimum fee may apply.
2. Regular mail ( FREE! ).
3. Overnight courier:
   Within GTA: $10CAD,
   Within Ontario: $15CAD,
   Rest of Canada: $20CAD,
   USA: varies by state.
4. If you would like you can pick up your tickets at our office.

As a general rule the tour operators whom Vacations Direct deals with will issue your tickets 21 days prior to your departure date.

Once we receive your tickets in our office we will proceed with forwarding them to you, in the format agreed. If your departure date is well within 14 days your tickets will be forwarded to you as soon as we receive them in our office in the format agreed.

If your departure date is within 7 days from your booking date your tickets will be waiting for you at the selected departure city airport with the appropriate Tour Operator/Airline. We will advise you accordingly once your booking has been confirmed.
