All of the flights featured on Vacations Direct are with Air Transat and Skyservice. These flights are offered by various licensed reputable Tour Operators based in the province of Ontario, such as World of Vacation,Signiture, Conquest etc. Individual tour operators have their own "Terms & Conditions" that reflect specifically to your booking. You will see the name of the Tour Operator selected at the top of your screen on steps 3, 4 and 5 of your booking process.

When you reach step 5 you will be asked to agree that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions - Yes or No? Should you wish to review the policies you can do so by clicking on the hyperlinked word "conditions" you will then be linked to the terms and conditions that are applicable from the selected Tour operator.
